We understand the stress of lock-out situations. If our cleaners encounter access problems, they'll make every effort to contact you immediately. We'll wait on-site for up to 30 minutes while you resolve the issue. To avoid delays, we recommend using smart locks or providing backup access methods.

For unusually dirty properties, including if your guests have trashed your property; we offer an extended deep cleaning service. Our team will assess the situation and communicate with you about the additional time and cost required. We're committed to ensuring your property is immaculate, regardless of its initial condition.

At Neat Oasis, we take guest satisfaction seriously. If a guest reports an issue with the cleaning, we'll promptly arrange for a cleaner to address the problem at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your guests have a positive experience. However, please note that while we strive to resolve all issues quickly, we cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancellations or associated costs resulting from cleaning concerns.

For our recurring services (daily, weekly, bi-weekly), we strive to assign the same cleaner for consistency. However, the cleaning industry experiences high turnover rates. We manage this by:
